Many of the largest development projects in Pennsylvania and Delaware were made possible by our land use lawyers. We assist our land use clients in a wide range of matters, including subdivision and land development approvals, zoning analysis, conditional use approvals, due diligence investigations, variances and special exceptions. We also have expertise in obtaining permits and approvals from virtually every federal, state and local regulatory agency in the region, including PennDOT, PaDEP, DelDOT, DNREC, EPA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - just to name a few.
