Our Practice Areas > Litigation
The attorneys of our litigation group – headed by the founder and chairman of the firm – Buck Riley - are skilled in litigating a wide range of matters, including employment discrimination, non-competition agreements, eminent domain, zoning and land use appeals, construction claims, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, contract claims, will contests and business dissolutions. Our attorneys have consistently provided clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey with high quality legal representation, which has made us one of the "go to" firms for commercial litigation in the Delaware Valley.
Our attorneys examine the risks, benefits and costs of litigation, and evaluate other means of dispute resolution which might be used to achieve our clients' goals, such as arbitration or mediation. If either prosecuting or defending claims through litigation is necessary, our attorneys stand prepared to aggressively fight for our clients. All cases are subject to an ongoing cost-benefit analysis and our attorneys are experienced in counseling you in how to reduce costs and maximize benefits at all phases of a dispute.
Our litigation attorneys are prepared to help clients with any issues which may arise – from the simple to the complex. We are ready to assist our clients with an analysis of their options and to take the steps necessary to achieve their goals.
