Gregory R. Heleniak
Gregory R. Heleniak is a land use and zoning attorney with Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco. Greg represents developers, landowners, and real estate investors on development projects throughout the region.
Prior to joining Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, Greg practiced municipal law, serving as solicitor for various townships, boroughs, school districts, civil service commissions, zoning hearing boards, and municipal authorities. Greg also has extensive experience in the drafting, interpretation and application of municipal ordinances and assisting clients in navigating the quickest path to successful resolution of difficult land use issues.
Greg’s prior work experience also includes working with a private sector engineering and land surveying firm, which gave him a better understanding of various civil engineering and site development challenges faced by the development community.
Greg earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University.
