Jon’s practice focuses on real estate, lending and business transactions. He primarily represents developers, investors, institutions and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and transfer of real estate.
Representative transactions include:
Representing the nation’s largest insurance company in the sale of office buildings throughout Pennsylvania
Representing a regional real estate investment company in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of numerous office, retail, industrial and residential projects throughout eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware
Representing an international private equity fund in the acquisition of a brownfields development project, including 1300 apartment sites and 50,000 square feet of office space
Representing the region’s leading banking institutions in dozens of commercial mortgage, construction and asset-based loan transactions annually (in Pennsylvania and Delaware)
Representing three of the “Big Four” wireless telephone carriers and several other major national wireless providers in obtaining zoning and land use approvals throughout Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania
Representing two of the “Big Four” wireless telephone carriers in dozens of lease transactions and title reviews in multiple states
Representing multiple multi-state restaurant and convenience store chains in the acquisition and transfer of liquor licenses throughout Pennsylvania
Representing national and regional builders in a wide array of real estate matters, including land acquisition, homeowners associations, title and financing
Representing the seller of a $72 million real estate portfolio
Handling all aspects of several recent shopping center, hotel, office park and mixed-use projects. Representation includes joint venture agreements, land acquisition, financing, land development, condominium documentation, easement agreements, construction contracts, and lease negotiations with national and regional tenants
Representing buyers and sellers of businesses
Preparing condominium documentation for office parks, mixed uses projects, and other commercial and residential developments
Representing purchasers of environmentally-impaired brownfields sites (including farms, gasoline stations and landfills) for redevelopment
Representing numerous developers and investors in the purchase, sale and development of land and real estate projects of every type and size
