Keith advises clients on employment litigation matters involving contracts, collections, business disputes, property rights and personal injury.

As a litigation associate, Keith has been an integral member of litigation teams, securing successful results for clients in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals in many complex cases, including cases involving the Eminent Domain Code, Municipalities Planning Code, the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, the Federal Defend Trade Secrets Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Lanham Act, and other statutes. In addition to trial-level experience, Keith has handled appeals in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Commonwealth Court, and Superior Court.
